Eclipse missing 2.2 API's and Google Maps Libraries

I wonder if anyone else is experienced this issue and knows how to resolve it. I am new to Android as of today, I have installed the Java 6 and 7 JDK's, Android SDK Tools (R12), Eclipse 3.7, ADT Plugin and Google Plugin but I cannot figure how to install the 2.2 API's and Google Maps Libraries. Any help would be much appreciated :-)

This link should help you out : http://www.talkandroid.com/android-sdk-install-guide/ The section you are interested in is called 'Android Eclipse Plugin (ADT)'. I found it easiest to just install ALL the APIs and stuff...that way I don't have to worry about having missed something. Mark

Agree with GoNorhtWest.. If you already have the Plugin running you should see it under Eclipse under Windows -- Launch the Android SDK and AVD Manager. On the left you should see Virtual Devices Installed packages and Available packages. Go into Available packages. Then Third party Add-ons Install all the Google inc. items. Let me know if you still are having issues.

Okay i've reinstalled everything again. Created a new Android Project within Elipse with the setting Create project from existing source, set the Build Target as Google APIs Platform - 2.2 API Level 8. I then created a new Virtual device, again specifying the same target as the project. I cleaned the project and then built and run it. The app is running but I still have 100 of 189 warnings in the problems tab.
