Releasing my first Android App - Need help

Just a few minutes ago, I typed in my debit card # and registered as an Android Developer. Now, I want to upload (and sell) my Apps on the Android Market as well as App Store. I know BuzzTouch allows me to do this because my already-made Apps will work fine, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to compile and upload my Android Apps to the Market. I watched all of Dave's great videos regarding Eclipse - but I'm unable to find out what version to install. I went to Eclipse's website, and found about 10 different versions to download. Which one should I pick? :P It took me a while to figure out how to upload my apps to the App Store, and I'm sure the Android Market will be no different. I just need some guidance from the great members at BuzzTouch. Thanks for the help. I really want to get my first Android App out on the Market today!

Hi Jenny21, I just downloaded the latest version of Eclipse and the Android SDK from the respective websites. I'm using Windows XP and MAC OS X Snow Leopard. You'll also need the JDK 7.1 (the latest) from Oracle. Once you all those pieces in place, a lot of what David says in his video will make sense. Mark

Also, there are links under the 'Help' section that will take you to Android's Developer guides. They give step by step instructions on just about everything.

As Parker says just follow the instructions at AD guides and you'll be up and running before you can say submit. BR/Stefan

Hang in there. It can seem really complicated, but just follow the guides step by step and you'll get it. Took me twice going through the steps, but got it to work perfectly the second time.
