.txt file for map locations and ItemID using 1.5

I want to use a file hosted on my site to set and potentially edit map locations, rather than enter each in the buzztouch ui. I've seen the sample file here: http://www.buzztouch.com/applicationScreens/sample-locations.txt which is fairly clear. My question is about ItemID. What is an ItemID and what should be entered here? Where do I find/generate this value? Thanks!

Any unique ItemID should work, nothing special... It can be as simple as maplocation0001 or more random like ma8uHLdh10nkj2 - Its up to you. The ItemID is the identifier used to distinguish each object inside your app. When you call a menu or an item (like a Map Item) your actually saying: 'get me the item with ID ma8uHLdh10nkj2' that's why it has to be unique. Try searching for 'key generator' or 'uniqueid generator' in google, there are probably some site that can generate these id for you... if you dont find one, just create them yourself.
