Maybe a Noobie section for folks like myself, an Advanced User section, an iOS section, and/or an Android section....or something similar? There are a few things that'll need our attention before we update the forums, but I can assure you that the new forum is already under development. In the meantime new users should take a good look at everything that is provided when clicking on the 'Help' link. After that visit the forum and use the search feature to find what you're looking for. From my personal experience, I find it helps if you limit your search term to just one word.
