It allows you to make an HTML form for free and then you can embed that into your app. Add the form to the docs folder in xcode and then make a new HTML screen and have it point to that form. Once the user submits the form, it will auto-maigcally email you with the form's information. I am working now with the actual HTML code in it to customize the form a little to suite my app's look.
