im brand new what is my first step? I got idea and functionality on paper, but not sure of next step?

I read that i may have to download some new things to better assist me is this true?

Go through the video tutorials then give it a whirl.

Hey Ed Like MGoBlue says, the video tutorials are the place to start. They, and a lot of other helpful information, are available by clicking the 'Help' link above. Go through those, the Documentation, and be sure to search the forum if you have any questions. If you still can't figure something out then ask again here in the forums.

Do as recomended above. The main thing that you will need to download is either the Apple SDK (software development kit) - available at http://developer.apple.com, or the Android SDK - available at http://developer.android.com/sdk. Since any apps you develop through buzztouch are native apps (meaning they are not web based and that they have to be installed through either the Apple App Store or the Android Market) you will have to use the software required by Apple or Google to create your app.
