how can i submit my apps to apple for approval to go on the app store

You have now several times asked questions that already have been answered in the forum and that you also can find answers to in the FAQ or is just a google search away. To make both you and all of us a favor do that first. If you don't find any answers you are of course free to ask for help. And you will get help so you don't need to replay to your own thread by asking for replay. Now to your question: The best you can do is go to developer.apple.com and read the tutorial. It's kind of complicated so you wont get an easy answer that will guide you through the process.
