User Authentication

Hi, I am new to Buzztouch and working on an application which would require the user to authenticate in order to get his or her information. (if this is answered elsewhere would you please point me to any specific post?) 1) what is the best way to do the authentication? I see the section for html, should I write custom HTML for this? 2) Does the app store a cookie or other identifying info so that once the user is authenticated that only his information will be him? 3) Also, can an app from buzztouch store info so the user could be offline and enter information and then it will update the server later? Thanks, Leonard

Hey MemoryBuckets, I would get on the early adopter list (Check your control panel to join) and then check out the Documentation for v1.5 apps. You'll see v1.5 has a login screen that you'll probably find useful. Also, check out this forum post dealing with an app remembering user logins: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=7B2F4E065C494A86D632F1A&status=&searchInput=login&sortColumn=FT.dateStampUTC&sortUpDown=DESC¤tPage=1&doViews=1
