unable to remove sample doc

When I compile app on iPOD, it's showing a sample.doc with piano keys on it before splash screen. and once I hit refresh button on top navigation bar. it shows splash screen. All susequent start up of application works perfectly fine. I'm in process of uploading this free app to app store and my worry is apple should not reject. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

Well, you could delete the sample.doc file from your Xcode project. Just navigate to BT_Docs, right click the file, Select Delete, and have it move the file to trash (in addition to removing references to the file). Mark

@THO - Also, if your app only works properly after refreshing it in the simulator/device, that means you aren't using the latest project file. Re-download the latest project file from buzztouch and then compile/install that one for testing. Should run properly the first time it fires up without a refresh. When downloading, choose the option without the sample media.

Thanks GoNorthwest and Parker. I'm able to resolve this issue. I've moved to next step and while uploading binary using App loader, I'm not able to select myapplication.app as it's greyed. App is running fine on simulator and it's code signed using distribution. I think I'm quite close.

What version of Xcode are you using? I use Xcode 3.2.x and when I launch Organizer, it's generally there and ready to be uploaded..assuming I've already gone into iTunes connect and filled out all the required information so the app's state is Ready to Upload. Have you done that step?
