If you look at 'Help' > 'Documentation' - In the Change Log section you'll see that we make changes all the time and you haven't needed to re-write your project. At most, if we make a change, you just have to re-download, re-complle, and re-submit your app to whichever store it is in. However, a converter for a v1.4 app to a v1.5 app is in the pipeline for development. It'll probably be released sometime not too far after the v1.5 for Android release (Scheduled for Sept. 15th).
