Im not a pro.... but I have already released 2 apps. I do my own graphics. Do you use skype by chance? If it's not there, in addition to being in the actual file folder, then it won't show up. You can get around this, and as a way to test what your image will look like, by putting your image online somewhere and providing a URL. I put stuff in my public DropBox folder for testing, and this works great! Also, make sure that there are no space in your image name. As for Skype, I do Skype from time to time, but family is asleep now!
