Here is the word from Android 26 August 2011: Active install numbers not updating in developer console We're aware of reports from some developers that they see no updates for the active install numbers displayed in their Developer Console since 24 August 2011. We're investigating this issue and are striving to resolve it as soon as possible. No action is needed on your part at this time. Please check back here for updates. Comments Well at least there working on it. I suspect a lot of stuff is going on behind the scenes to do with google+ integration.
