Because the release of Android v1.5 is nearing, I was suggesting that he go ahead and begin creating a v1.5 app. The thought being that by the time he finished creating it, the ability to download the Android project may be enabled. This would save him the trouble of recreating the app after Android v1.5 is completed. Comments @ritac - He is using v1.4 because he isn't on the early adopter list.
