Password Protecting Entire App

I'm creating an app for an ambulance service which contains private information-employee phone numbers, license numbers, emails, etc. I'm trying to set my app to load directly to the Login Screen. Then when the user has signed in, they are taken to the Home Menu. I have the Login Screen set as the 1st screen the app goes to, but once the user logs in, they go nowhere. Any suggestions?

Are you using a CMS system? You could have it so when they click login in the app it opens a web based login page enter details and then serve them up whatever it is you want them to access from within a CMS.

Hi in Missouri: If you're working with iOS you'll want to avoid this approach. If the very first screen of your app requires a login your chances for approval by Apple are greatly reduced. Sure you can get around this with paid subscriptions and all kinds of other ways to give Apple 30% but generally it's a bad idea for free apps. Probabaly best to make a home-welcome screen with a simple menu, password protect the menu items.
