Bug Report v1.5 : Background Color Not Working in Custom HTML, Plain Text Screen

Hi, Appears to be a bug in the Custom HTML, Plain Text screen where if I choose a background color from the HTML editor (I attempted several of them), nothing seemed to stick. The background always remained the default white. I was able to change the background color via the Advanced Screen Properties. Text Color does work...but Background Color does not. Thanks! Mark

Good catch. Not sure why but it's going to be related to the HTML / CSS that that the editor injects in the source-code after using the option. In other words, what CSS style is added to the HTML. Online editors are my least favorite thing and almost never seem to work as expected! Funny. Goodl ole' html by hand is the way to go for sure. Or, use a different local editor on your machine then copy-paste into the code window.

Agreed! I'm an old-school HTML with Notepad kind of person. I ended up solving my problem by doing a screen background gradient theme in my app...worked better than my original plan.
