Flash player in browser

Greetings Dear All, As we all know, apple has restriction for flash player. My website is completly flash and I am here to create an application (or a browser) to just show my mobile version of my website and to be able to play flash. The only reason I am doing this is because my website doesn't maintain database (mySQL or MSSQL) and its pure flash XML website. My Question: How can I create an application (very simple) just to open my .html located on mu website and play the FLASH (.SWF)? I appreciate any help here.

I think your best bet is going to be to get your hands on a video converter to change your .swf files into a format that the iPhone/iPad can handle. Do a google search, there are tons of them out there, some are even free. Then play around with the features in buzztouch to see if you can achieve a look and feel that you like. You may be satisfied with a simple app with just a menu list w/ a header image and links to videos, an about page, and contact info, etc. Just take some time to see what is possible with buzztouch. There are a few videos and a link to documentation in your control panel (click on Help above). Have fun exploring.

Hi in Dubai. @Parker's idea is a good one and makes lots of sense. You could try this in Android, some Android devices ship with Flash. For iOS it's going to be impossible to get Flash working.

Special thanks to Parker & David. I appreciate your input but I did not explain myself clear. my website is all in one SWF file. Its not video, it is a collection of MP3z in flash. http://iranianalbums.com According to David, its impossible to run the SWF on iOS but can i convert SWF to another file? LOL, I guess not :D hehehehehe... Thank you all.

As above, the Flash will never work on your iPhone, resource hog and buddy as Steve jobs will tell you, then he would wouldn't he. You should be alright on most Android devices though, as David said many ship with Flash although my good ladies didn't and she still hasn't installed it. Have a good one.

Hi in Dubai: Cool site! Because Steve and company over at Apple have us stuck on this, I'm thinking a different approach. You mentioned that you used .xml files to power the Flash audio player. If your interested, and want to learn a bit... you could... a) Get on the Early Adopter list. Use the link in your control panel, it's immediate. This will give you access to buzztouch v1.5, our latest release. b) Create a new app (choose v1.5 instead of v1.4). c) Use Audio URL's and other web-enabled content to create a very-cool Audio App. Menus, buttons, images, etc. for each of your songs / albums. Because you have data in XML format this tells me you probabaly have all your audio content on a website and the XML simply tells the Flash front-end how to load each file. This is exactly the approach with v1.5. Tell is where you audio, artwork, and other assets are and it will download each asset as needed. Not sure if this sounds interesting or not but figured I would mention it...LOTS of artists are using this approach to create some very cool apps. Have a look at this: http://www.facebook.com/pages/buzztouch/195311247494 to see tons of examples.

@MacApple: I'm swimming in Android muck - sooooo bogus trying to get Android to do what I want, urgh. I'm on a fricken' mission to get this Android thing done so we can move onto bigger and better things like releasing the buzztouch Server control panel as a free download. Plop it on your site, run your own content-manager thing-a-ma-jig. Whoo hoo.

Hi guys. I think I made a discovery :D LOL. This guy from ADOBE says that we can create iOS applications using flash but with new compilers and with respect to the terms and conditions of APPLE (Mr. Jobs :D) Have look and let me know what you think guys: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/logged_in/abansod_iphone.html Thanks :D~ (I THINK I CAN RECOMPILE THE SWF[.FLA] AND JUST CONVERT THE SAME TO AN IOS APPLICATION?)

@farhadmoradi - Yeah, it looks like you're on the right track. Let us know if you get it to work. Might not be as simple as uploading you .swf file and exporting, but looks like it might be worth any effort you put into it.
