How can I test my app before sending it live

First timer here, and I have a first version ready to test. How can I see it, and make sure that it functions like I want it to before I submit it?

Buzztouch is great in that the app is a wysiwyg! What happens on the iPhone simulator is what will happen when the app goes live.

The simulator is what launches when you build and go in Xcode. It appears on your screen and will show the latest version of your app.
