V1.4 Android Title Bar Gone

Hi. in v1.4 android when entering a custom url such as this http://www.youtube.com/user/xxxxxxxxx the title bar disappears along with the back button so the user can't leave the screen...i believe this url turns into a mobile version automatically....but i think it is any time a youtube link is put into custom url...works fine on v1.4 iphone tho...hmmmm?

It's always worked fine for me (just tested a couple of my apps and all is OK.) If it's a youtube link it's probably opening it up in the YT app rather than a browser window (which is the preferred Android method). To return you just press back on the phone keypad.

actually yes, I have just found that too, the view used to be embedded in the app & now the call is going outside the app no changes made on this end, may be a buzztouch thing, probably easy enough to change back in the source code via eclipse though

The back-button in the title bar really shouldn't be there ever on Android. This original design idea was incorrect (on our part), the hardware back button should be used on Android and not a provided arrow or button. With that said, the behavior here is OK because the device is opening the URL in the native YouTube player. This player of course has not back button because again, it shouldn't. Android v1.5 does not use a back button in the nav bar - this is how v1.4 should have been all along.
