testing on ipad

how can i test my apps i make here on my ipad by xcode?

you need to register your device in the provisioning portal thru your iOS developer program. I assumed you had already.

yes, iy gave me some error, saying it has to be signed, something about ios 4.3 sdk

In order to test your apps on your own device, you'll need to pay the $99 to Apple for a developer license. If you don't, you're limited to using your apps in the simulator.
