Can't find Sub menu in Home screen menu

However, the sub-menu doesn't seem to be attached to any of the Home Screen menu items... It's dissappeared!! Anyone else had this issue & solved it? Did I miss a step? The control panel for v1.4 has a glitch (you may be better served with a v1.5 app, waaaaay more flexible) but there is a known work-around.
