App status - missing screenshots for ipad - developed for ipad

I have submitted first app to app store and got status as missing screenshots. With a lot of investigation I had set targeted devices as iphone/ipad in xcode. So i removed binary via iconnect and did a new build and resubmitted new binary with only iphone as targeted family devices (in xcode build setting). Still getting missing screenshots error for Ipad. Do i need to delete whole app and restart with submit app on iconnect (a scary prospect) Or is there some other way Is the first binary leaving a legacy that my app was iphone/ipad My second binary I have selected Iphone only in xcode targeted devices - thought uploading this would work but still getting the missing screenshots error message. Any help will be much appreciated. Regards Mark

Hi Mark, When you did your new build, do you Build...Clean All Targets to make sure all references were removed? That might help. Thanks! Mark

You could just upload a advertisement ipad screenshot. You know, the ipad screenshot would be your logo, or text referring that it's more suitable for iphone devices, ect. instead of going through all that other crap. :) David.

Noticed I had changed target device setting in xcode in Groups & files but not in the targets folder. Did this and did a clean and build and then uploaded binary. The app status is now on waiting for review, I do not know how long it stays at this point as first app, but thanks again Mark and David for advice - its got me to the next stage. Is it me and my inexperience or is the app submission with codesigning and a whole load of other variables more difficult than it should be?

I go the same request on uploading my 2nd app for review. I just added a iPad pic of the first screen, and now its in review. Not sure either why I got the ipad error.
