Does anyone else ever experience this? My ISP tells me that buzztouch.com doesnt exist for about 3 minutes at a time... Server overload? or timeout?

You've mentioned this a few times (I think) and we've not heard it form anyone else recently. A few months back we had some trouble but not recently. 'doesn't exist' is different than site down (in our minds). Doesn't exist is usuall a DNS issue where a domain name cannot be resolved or something. Mabye try this: The next time you experience this...enter this IP address: 208.109.207.236 in your browser. Does it come up? This bypassed the DNS process and will help you / us try to figure out what your ISP (or our data center) is goofing on ;-)

Just FYI~I have noticed the same issue....

Feeling flush today so my 2 cents into the fray. I have several personal apps live and a few others for other folks, 11,000 live approx of my own, many active users uploading pics, comments etc and have not had one complaint about not being 'there'. I play with my own daily, checking things out and even on 'Edge' connects every time. That's not to say you are not experiencing problems though. DNS is a strange beast, we used to run our DC on Windows DNS before we switched to infoblox and occasionally the round robin type setup would cause a wee issue or two cheekily pretending it wasnt there. Works for me!

I have had issuses with BT being down. But it was a while ago.

@macApple , I never have this issue with my aps. Only my at home desktop, Phone can even log perfect.. Must be my ISP because it shows me there search page

I think i haved widdled it down to the server that buzztouch is hosted on I think im on the Banned list, This issue is getting increasingly worse and some days I cant get on for hours.. Its not the ISP because every other computer iv used at friends etc.. that have my ISP do not have the issue,

lol no my friend Im not, I did some research on it and it could be because I run multiple computers at once.. 2 macs and 1 pc. From what I read some servers dont like when the same IP with sub Ips hits a page more than once. Probably like a self defense mech.

Yes its the server, I can access the site via proxy Therefor it was be having some issues with my ip

Still ineffective to be accessing through proxy to slow and to many adds can I contact support via email and give them my mac address to get this fixed with the server?

Also the websites contact box does not work so I cant contact anyone about this ... Could someone from the site email me ?
