You just have to embed them in the project. When they are in the binary they need not have a net connection. You were asking about iPad as well, assume you are working for iPhone, get on v1.5

How do I embed them in the project? And, how do I get on 1.5?

Once you have referenced them in BT you'll have to drag them into Xcode project. Few tutorials available on this you'll benefit from. Have a good one!

The thing you need to do is make sure all the media/docs you want to be able to reference offline are in the appropriate BT_Docs, BT_Sound or BT_Video folders. Then also make sure they appear in your Xcode project, dragging them to the correct folders in the project if necessary. Do a search of the forums...there are quite a few descriptions. Thanks!
