Android Tablet/Quiz/328Questions: Problems

I submitted a quiz app with 328 questions at the Android Market Store. I don't have a smart phone to see my app, so I bought a Samsung Galaxy tablet 10.1. (the new model). I am having these problems with my quiz: 1. The questions are located to the left 2. The answers are located in the middle 3. The questions and answers are located at the top of the tablet, so there is a lot space at the button. 4. The quiz crashed all the time, so it is impossible for me to move forward. After the quiz crashes, I have to start again, and crashs again. 5. To refresh the quiz (because I am making changes), I have to remove the app and download again. There I don't see another way to solve the problem. Please, help! My students are already complaining, and I don't know how to solve the problems. Thanks, R.

Let me answer my own questions: Android Quiz (version 1.4) Problem # 1 If you use a tablet to take the quiz, the format of the quiz doesn't work correctly. The questions will be located at the left, the answers in the middle, and the screen with the questions and answers at the top. However, I think this issue will be solved with version 1.5. :-) Problem # 2 If your quiz crashes, reduce the number of question at 9. By default the quiz has 10. This is an example of my quiz (crashes); but I think that the problem is solve. :-) Don't panic. I did, but Steveh6883 helped me. Hi ritac: For the crashing, there is a known bug in the v1.4 Android edition. Try setting the number of quesions in the quiz to 'less' than the total amount. Example: If you have 20 questions, set the number of questions to 18. Bet it works. For the layout: v1.4 was created long before any Android tables arrived and as such you'll need to modify the layout files in the project to adjust the screens to your liking. This should be addressed when v1.5 for Android is released.

Hi David, I am sorry that it took me two days to answer your comment, but I decided to take my quizzes several times by changing the number of questions. Result: The quizzes keep crashing. Solution: I decided to leave the number of question for quiz at 9. Future action: When Android 1.5 is available, I will change the number of questions for quiz. Possible problem: I am using a Samsung table, so it is possible that only users that use a table are having the same problem. :-) R.

I changed my Samsung Table for an Asus Transformer tablet. The Samsung tablet works like a tablet, but the Asus Transformer works as a computer. The Asus is much cheaper than the Samsung. I decided to keep the Asus. However, my quizzes don't work well in either tablets. I depend on two friends that have Android phones to tell me how the apps look and work. R.
