Run on iphone

Hi, So I have signed up for the developer program today - downloaded the source code - opened in Xcode - selected build to ios device - but I keep getting this message [BEROR]CodeSign error: code signing is required for product type 'Application' in SDK 'iOS 4.3' and it saying Build Failed? Where do i go from here? - How do I get it on my device and then how do I get it on the app store? Please help absolutely no idea what Im doing! haha

There is a little pain at the start getting yout first app set up with app ids, provisioning files, (all the non buzztouch stuff!) etc, but honestly once you've got it sorted, you'll fly through it in all future apps. Keep at it! :)
