Build and Run on my iPhone for the first time I get the Generic Blank Menu until it reports to cloud. How can I fix this? Will this happen when submitted to Apple?

This only happens when I build and run the app on my device for the first time or if I delete from the device and build and run again. Will this happen when I submit to Apple and people download the app and run it the first time? It only takes a moment for the app to update with the correct settings and theme, but it just looks bad and unprofessional. Is there anyway to fix this? I read a few other posts that mention the BT_Config.txt file needing to update when the app opens, but my questions is how can I get that file updated before packaging the app to submit to Apple.

No, once you are done with everything (adding screens, ect) from buzztouch, RE-DOWNLOAD your app source from here and recompile - the first thing users will see is the most updated work. David.

Could I just download the source code again and replace the BT_Config.txt file in my current project with the newly download BT_Config.txt? I just don't want to have to move images and any other mods I did to the code. Also, I did just download the source code again today and when the app opens the menu items are listed, but the overall theme is very generic (all white) until it auto refreshes then the images and background colors appear. This only takes about 3-5 seconds to complete, but if someone downloads the app and then opens it when they don't have an Internet connection I want to make sure the app loads with or without Internet access. Am I missing something should I be downloading the source code with sample media or doing something else that will resolve this?

@Moto110 - It kinda sounds like you aren't using your most currently downloaded project in xcode. If you download your most recent project from buzztouch and use that in xcode to generate the app you submit to apple, your app on your end users device should be current and NOT require an update to look/function correct. Your apps users will only be prompted to refresh their app if you make changes to the control panel for that app. Also if you change the Report to Cloud URL and Configuration Data URL settings you can make it so even if you make changes to your app in the control panel, the end user will not be prompted to refresh the app. Please check out the documentation for Configuration Data URL and Report to Cloud URL settings: http://www.buzztouch.com/docs/v1.5/configData.php

I just downloaded my source code again and made sure that nothing on the control panel had changed and both of you are correct it loaded just fine. (THANK YOU) From what I read in the documentation it sounds like I can replace the BT_Config.txt in my current project with what was is downloaded from BuzzTouch, just before submitting to Apple. Thanks for the link useful information. As a side note I have noticed a couple of strange occurances with Xcode 4.1 and Lion. Yesterday I had downloaded my source deleted the old source code folder and renamed the newly downloaded source code folder to the same as the old code. When I opened Xcode it showed my personally added images in the BT_Images folder although this code was just downloaded and those images should not have been there. I deleted them and added again just to be on the safe side. I'm wondering if the Snapshots Lion takes of your data had added these image back into the project automatically and was screwing up my BT_Config.txt. (I'm on the East coast and maybe time stamps showed the snapshot data as newer then what I downloaded) The source code I downloaded today I renamed to Project Name-Build 1.1 and it loaded just as both of you described. Just want to mention what I have notice with Xcode 4.1 and Lion incase any else experiences these problems.
