Data Storage...

A big ask I know, but I wondered if anyone could help. I have a school app - works great for my students. I would like them to be able to access their bi-weekly timetable. They would need to enter it somewhere; ideally in the app. I am not sure how if buzztouch is able to do this? If not, if there any way I could make this happen? Thanks.

To me, it is more about where would the data be stored? I want it to be stored within the app, on the users phone?

No - they will keep it themselves on their phone. Basically a timetable where a student can type in what they have into a grid (5 lessons per day - 5 days per week with a 2-week timetable). Students all have different timetables depending upon what options they have taken. Google Calendar etc is no good because of holidays. E.g. If the week before a half term break it is Week 1, we would come back on Week 2. A recurring event would include the holiday and result in the week after the half term break being week 1 again - if that makes sense.

Im trying to think how this could be done.. I know there is a way to add whats called a local or mini database. Google that a bit, could be some info on it in other open source engines that you could start from..
