Full screen image with vertical scrolling

I'd like some feedback on the best way to accomplish this. As far as I can tell, there isn't a screen that specifically does this. The image I plan on using will be much longer than it is wide, hence the need for vertical scrolling. My thought was to save the image as a .doc - any better solution out there?

I used the CUSTOM HTML to do this, it worked out great. I had to host the file online, I'm not looking into ways to include it with the application itself (I've read in the forums others have been able to do so).

custom html is your best bet and set up pinch pull with it for sleekness :-)
