Issues Installing Android SDK

I have both Android SDK and Eclipse downloaded to my computer successfully. When I open up Ellipse to start a new project, the Android Project Folder is not listed. Also, I cannot installed my Google API addons because I get this error stating that and I quote: Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Software being installed: Android Development Tools 12.0.0.v201106281929-138431 (com.android.ide.eclipse.adt.feature.group 12.0.0.v201106281929-138431) All of my Android SDK materials are located in the Program Files Folders in the C:/Drive. I don't see what's the problem. Help! :(

It just looks like you need to install the ADT plugin, to sort of link the droid sdk and eclipse together. http://developer.android.com/sdk/eclipse-adt.html#installing

I did that earlier. It said the operation could not be completed and I got the Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found memo.

@Parker- I have been following Google's SDK tutorial instructions all along. I would ask Steve but I don't have any money at this point. I'll try to correct the problem on my own. If not, you guys will know. :P Thanks though.

Oh no. Ok so I am at the beginning. I'm trying to make a new Android project. When I open the Android Source Code folder, nothing opens up in the Build Target section. Now I'm stuck.
