Help with final stage of uploading to app store

I am all ready but not sure of the steps to comnpile and zip app and upload to app store. My knowledge of xcode is very basic and any help would be grateful especially in steps that are needed. Also my app has images with spaces such as pony grey.png Can this be a problem as I read spaces may cause issue.
