1. It is probably going to be a few (if not more) months for android 1.5 to come out. They are working very hard at it. 2. If your talking about developing, compiling, and uploading to itunes, unfortunately, you will need a MAC (You can TRY to google MAC Virtual Machine) to run MAC on your PC). Good luck!

Hi David, Thanks for the update. I will see about the virtual machine, I have heard that it is not able to perform and upload bc of system issues and verification on the uploader as well as technology patent infringment aka illegal, not sure if this is true though. if anyone wants to chime me and let us know if this is legal or not, please do chime and be heard. I really do not want to have to buy a mac for the sake of uploading. i like being able to get everything from my 1 developer computer for image and saving folder issues. Also, sry if i posted this tread over and over, not sure how that happened.

No probs. Technically I think it's legal if you bought the ISO your mounting, or the system, not sure. There are many things that can go wrong, and its not recommended unless your very tech savvy and know what your doing. Buying a mac just for development... that's what I did - eventually it ended up replacing my PC computer - I love it - but maybe it's not right for you. Check craigslist, find a used one for cheap with low specs (you dont need high specs for xcode) - just make sure it CAN run xcode 4 before buying. David.
