Other free App building sites?

I am new to building apps but I am an Android app designer. Currently your v1.5 is not available for android and your v1.4 is too limiting. I need my app to not require internet and I need password protection. According to the posts I read, only v1.5 has these features and as I said earlier, that version isn't compatible with Android. I realize this question will not get answered on here but here it is. Is there another website I can go to that offers free App building for Android that will allow me to post it on the market? I already checked google and their appdesigner isn't compatible for the market yet.

Not sure. THe functionality I've seen on buzztoucn for 1.4 seems to be miles ahead of the rest in terms of what you can make from it. Could you use 1.4 as a start and program the rest yourself?

There is only one other site that lets you build an app online for free, but then they charge you quite a high amount if you want to download the source code (and STILL have to compile yourself) ... and is not nearly as versatile as even v1.4 All others I have found are quite expensive monthly or annually charges As a side note: With v1.4, although at first glance it may seem a little limited, if you have any experience of building mobile webpages, then using the 'Custom URL/Webpage' page and getting a little 'creative' then there is a whole lot you can do, from HTML5 based media players, to photo galleries, to submission forms and polls Regards Steve

i think you wont find any other website better than buzztouch. most other free ones they only do rss feed. and they end up asking you to pay a monthly fee for bandwith or after you done making one for free they will ask you a small feed to downlode the code.

There is nothing out there like Buzztouch. Some think they are close but are not fit to shake a stick (shake a stick? whatever) at Buzztouch. You'll be amazed what you can do with 1.4 if you play around.

thank you for your response. The only problem is that version 1.4 needs the internet for most of the app. Also, it does not allow me to password protect. Since I am an android programmer only, I can't use v1.5. Also, i am not good at all at programming so I can't program it myself.
