newbie- what is the easiest way to create info content for my app html or pdf?

Sorry guys new to this and have little know how on creating basic content for my newly created app, looking at creating for Android initially but for iOS eventually, content would only really need text and a few pics. Simillar to a web blog or news page. Any help would be greatly appricated! Any ideas, knowlage ,programs or links would help heaps. :)

Well, having it as an PDF is more suited if you are doing a larger amount of writing (and want to save it/backup) to your computer. The downside (as I understand it) is that when opening the app it will download the PDF (one time only) which COULD (but probably won't) result in having to wait for a while so the PDF can download. Text is simpler, however you can't have images (as of yet) - it also looks a lot neater in my honest opinion, it also means less (nearly instant) download of the text file? (If not, its already in the app itself) Sorry I couldn't give much of a definite answer; try both out, and see what works for you! :) Good luck in your endeavours - Thom.

Join the club mate, my head has exploded 3 times so far! :-) As MacAppleTosh says, just play around with it and see what happens, you'll soon find what works best for you.

What I do in my app is I use a Word file. Be sure to save it as a 2003 word file type. You can add pictures and writing. Make sure your writing is at least 16-18 font size to make it easier to read. The downside of PDF is that you generally have to expand it to be able to read it unless you also have the font size large. Kepp in mind that since you can only use version 1.4 for Android, your files you install can only be viewed when the person has a phone signal.
