xcode on windows

is there a way to test my app for iphone? can i download xcode for windows? thanks for any help

No, xcode only runs on a MAC. You can somehow do complicated stuff to have a MAC OS running on a PC but its only for programmer types and a friend who tried had to reinstall windows :) I started with android apps on my PC, then bought an macbook to make the iPhone ones a few weeks later. It's worth it.

So you bought an app or amac to make the iphone ones?

sorry - a macbook :) You can get refurbnished ones which are cheaper if you keep an eye out. It needs to be pretty recent machine though to work xcode.
