Yeah, I think they are probably right regarding the reach of Mobile Websites (logical really when you consider a Mobile Website can reach ALL mobile device users regardless of their OS) But I also think that if you can provide an App to users that can link directly to your Mobile Website content, then users are far more likely to access your content via an App they already have on their device rather than hunting for a saved bookmark, or through their browser history, or Googling it So if you have both, then I would say you are maximizing your own reach :-) Steve

well knowing how google works to a certain degree, they will make .mobi websites a standard requirement to rank in google search, as a way to piss everyone off but say it is for quality signals and reasons. that is fine though. And mobile websites and apps do go hand in hand and is an excellent way to grow a business and use it hand in n in.
