iAd questions - please help :)

I just got approved for the iad network and have my contracts set up accordingly. However, I have a few questions for anyone who can help awensering! 1. I can only seem to edit a select few apps to enable ads (they have to be in a editable state according to apple) - what is that? which apps are qualified to be in a editable state? 2. I'm afraid enabling the iad network on a buzz app will screw up the design, IE, It might hide a button or overlap the navigation bar - how does it actually look? and how does apple know where to place them without messing up the design like hiding buttons or text? 3. They said to remove iad from a app, to resubmit a new bundle with the functionality removed. how would I remove the functionality if I never added any? or is that something to do with buzz? 4. Last but not least, how does the revenue compare with admob and adsense? Thanks!

1. If an app is ready for sale, you cannot ad the iAds to it. You need to upload a new binary. Once you create an update and upload a new binary, you can attach the iAds to it. Similarly, iAds can be included in any new apps you have created and any apps that sre in iTunes connect but not approved yet. 2. Enable iAds in the BuzzTouch screens you want the ads to show up on, and test them prior to uploading the final binary to iTunes. They'll show up with a test ad, and appear at the bottom of the screen just above the tab bar. 3. They're just telling you how to do it. If you haven't included it in the binary or enabled it in buzztouch, you can't remove it. 4. Not sure here. I'm not impressed with revenues so far. I only have one app with ads and I would have done much better had I sold the app for $0.99 rather than done it for free with ads. As an example, according to my BuzzTouch account, the app has had 23,000 views. This has generated $32 in revenue from 8,500 impressions. Hope this helps.

Also, i have been having trouble with disappearing backgrounds with iads, probably going to disable them because too many complaints...if u use a dark font your app will be unreadable against the background that turns black most times after viewing an iad...though this seems to only happen with offline apps...sent a message to Apple and they basically said it wasn't that big of a deal...just a heads up!
