Very easy, In eclipse go to file/ export. Then go to Android/ export Android application and hit next, now you will browse which project you wish to compile. Then you will have to creat a keystore (note: I would store this in the same location as my eclipse project) Make a password confirm and hit next. Put your name in Alias, i use same password and confirm. in the validity slot put 25 put your name agian in first and last name slot and hit next . Now you will decide where to store you Apk file hit finish and your done with that part. Make sure you allow third party app in your phones settings under applications/ check unknown sources. After you have apk file put it on your sd card and install it from the phone (note: you may need a file explorer app like astro) Also you can use your phone instead of the emulator to test your app and that will install your app as well. If all else fails check out this post by Steve: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=9FE700B4882F85A37446839&status=&searchInput=search...&sortColumn=FT.dateStampUTC&sortUpDown=DESC¤tPage=1&doViews=1

Yeah, easiest way is to put on phone via either upload/download from your own hosting or via PC with cable (don't forget to enable 3rd party apps in your phone) If your app is free and you haven't got an Android developer account I can host on my dev account for you - just let me know Steve

As Lyle Said, The absolute easiest way is to use your phone as the Emulator. You need to make sure your phone accepts 3rd party apps. When you run the simulator on your phone it automatically installs and updates it as you make changes. This way, you don't have to have a website to host the app.
