Hey guys, So I have been working none stop at developing my app for the Android Market however I can't quite get the Share on Facebook to work. I have created an app with the Facebook Developers, so I have the API Key and API Secret however I am having some issues as well as some questions. Do I need to follow the Facebook Developers tutorial on adding the Facebook SDK to my app by having it referenced or do I just use the README.txt file from Buzztouch and follow the directions from it? When I try to access 'Share on Facebook' by following the README.txt and editing the res\values\strings.xml this is what I get: {error : {type : OAuthException, message : Error validating applicaiton. }} When I reference in the Facebook SDK or replace the Facebook SDK source code with the Buzztouch com.Facebook source code it crashes. Running out of ideas... Also when I am intially creating a new Android project and I add from existing source, I have it set to Google API 1.6. Is this correct or should it be something different? I noticed in the Facebook Developers tutorial they have theirs at Android 2.2 Does this create conflicts when referencing it in or create compatibility issues? Does it even matter? If someone could please help me with a step by step on how to get this thing to work that would be great! So add your key and secret to the buzztouch panel in the relevent fb screen, then add App name, key and secret to the strings.xml in eclipse. Make sure to get the fb app name exactly right, case sensitive, spaces etc. That should be it. Google API 1.6 is the default level. It should be ok for fb unless they've made very recent changes.
