Facebook and Twitter API keys

Does the default mean that it says it's via buzztouch? If I change the keys, does that mean it will mean it would say something different? Would like to know before I mess something up!

Yup, you got it. You'll have to get your own keys if you want it to say something else. Do a goolge search on how to do that. Tons of tutorials out there on the subject.

@Parker In an app that I have already in the app store(my first with BT) I forgot to change the default keys. I went ahead and changed the keys in the BT control panel but after refreshing the app it is still posting from BT. Do I need to rebuild the app and re submit it to the app store? Thanks M.

@ stoneypointe, I believe you should be able to update the Share via Facebook settings through your control panel and refresh the app (depending on its refresh settings) just fine. Do other changes update when you make them and refresh the app?

@Parker: the type of refresh that I am talking about is the one that is done in the phone by hitting the refresh icon on the top of the app. Is that what you are referring to? If so, I am able to refresh content all the time [this is news app] and it works really well. I have already refreshed the app several times after I changed the FBkeys, but when I post to Facebook, it is still coming from BT. Thanks M.

@ stoneypointe, Yeah, that is what I was talking about. Hmm, so maybe you'll need to submit an update to the app store with the proper changes. I'm thinking those settings must be stored outside of the Config.txt file that updates when you refresh an app.

Yup, looks like there will have to be a new build. Thanks
