Best CUSTOM HTML dimensions

Does anyone know, or have a blank html file/template that is optimised for iphone and ipad? I suppose what i want to know is the html page document size that is best to start working with as i am creating my third app from scratch without any pre-existing html. If you do an app search for iFVHS you will see i just used standard web pages to link to. i want to refine it this time around and maximise resolution and pinching quality etc... again...from scratch

Well im new to BT but i think u must use a simple code in your html file: It works fine for me. <meta content=width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0; maximum-scale=2.0; user-scalable=1; name=viewport />

for mobile optimized pages you need to specify a different doctype than a normal html webpage, so that the mobile browser knows how to present the page <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC -//WAPFORUM//DTD XHTML Mobile 1.0//EN http://www.wapforum.org/DTD/xhtml-mobile10.dtd> and then generally set the page dimensions to 480 x 320 (though you may have to play around with those sizings) Steve
