I'm making an app for a band and what not and i was wondering if i could make something in the app that would notify the user that the band is in their area or a 100 mile radius of where they are at. I am making the app for a popular Eagles Tribute band and I was wondering if there would any copyright issues within that. The band pays royalities to the eagles and have the legal right to use any logos that they have. Would there be any issues with this? Comments ANd one other, different question.
