I have not seen an Android phone that doesn't come with one installed, maybe you have. Different phones and devices use different PDF's reader softare. Crazy but true. iOS and iPhone handle this natively, not Android. This means that any PDF doc that is opened using an Android device will usually prompt the user to 'choose a reader' to use.
