In iAd portal it says receiving test ads not ready for sale, but the apps are ready for sale? HELP!

My most successful app that I have used buzztouch to create is Wii U news and countdown. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/wii-u-news-and-countdown/id448845604?ls=1&mt=8 Unfortunately, I haven't been able to make any ad revenue off of the app even though it is ready for sale because even after 3 days in my iAd portal it states Testing: This app is receiving test ads. This app's status is not yet Ready For Sale. You have not configured ad preferences for this app. The app is ready for sale, and I have clicked enable ads. I am receiving quite a few requests but nothing else. I also noticed that in my App Information in my iAd Network portal it states App URL:Information pending Supported Languages:Information pending Categories:Information pending Device Compatibility:Information pending I already emailed Apple to see what they can do for me, but it'll be a late reply as they are probably backed up with requests and question. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

This has happened to me as well. You just need to contact Apple via iTunes Connect. Under Contact Us, specify a general iAd question, and they should get back to you within 24 hours or so. Mine was up about 20 hours after I submitted a form. Good luck!

Its been 5 days since. I've called them and the only suggestion that was given to me was to email [email protected] . I feel like apple is somewhat avoiding the problem. My app continues to do well, but I have no way of getting any revenue out of it. I don't know what to do.
