Trying to submit to the App Store

Hi, I think I have done everything I need to submit to the app store, but I am clearly missing something and would appreciate some help. I have created the app, tested it on my iPhone 3GS and iPad 2 with the distribute certificate I created for the App Store. I have created the application in iTunes Connect with icons, screenshots, SKU, descriptions etc... I am now in the process of trying to upload the application. I have downloaded the Application Loader and installed it. Going through the wizard, I login, it recognises the application and I am asked to choose the app binary. I move to the project folder and attempt to select the Release iOS iPhone binary (which was compiled with the DIST cert and set to Release) but it is greyed out. Any thoughts? Am I not compiling the app correctly? Kind Regards Giles

You need to Zip the file. Right click and choose Archive. Your_app_name.ZIP Thats the file Apple wants.

Glad it worked out for you :) Don't forget to tell us the name of your app once approved so we can give you some feedback. BR/Stefan
