I've not seen this one before. But, a quick Google search produced this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6161418/android-failed-to-find-an-avd-compatible-with-target-android-1-6-error It may be helpful?

Now I am trying to find the advanced settings so I can work on my full version of my APP. I think I had to apply for the early adopter program. So I sent in my application for it. Otherwise I won't be able to do what I want with this app

Hi in New Orleans: You can get on the Early Adopter list by clicking the link in your account control panel (it's on the left). This allows you access to buzztouch v1.5. v1.5 is for iOS only until we release the Android version. This means if you create a new v1.5 app it will only run on iPhones and iPads, not Android devices (until we release the Android version). v1.4 apps do not have any Advanced Settings.
