Do a google search. There are dozens of free generators and options.

I would use the url of where people can install your app, like where your app is found on itunes or in the android market, etc.

I think I need some help! I printed postcards with qr codes that linked to a text page on my client's website. After print, client wanted to change qr link to a phone-friendly 'watch video'. I have created my app (4 youtube videos from a scroll menu) and have only a foggy idea of what has to happen next: 1) Duplicate my current QR target, 2) Rename & readdress the duplicate page, to be left in place 3) Make the original QR Target page bounce QR scanners to the proper app store where they can obtain my app for free? I'd take PG over Monterrey any day!

Hi whitoutadoubt, I'm not quite clear on what you're trying to do. All a QR code really is, is an image that a phone can scan to easily open up a webpage, so the end user doesn't need to type out a long URL, etc. If you would like your currently printed QR codes to still work you could have the webpage at that web address redirect to a new URL. Either your app in the appstore or a youtube account, or a new website, etc, it should all work fine. (Assuming that the websites are mobile friendly) If you generate new QR code image for a new URL, people who scan you old QR codes will be directed to the old address.
