can you send an update to Apple with only buzztouch changes ?

I've made many changes to my app since it was released on the App Store. When it was first released, I got 1,600 downloads in the first week, but the downloads have fallen since then. I want to let people know there's been a major update to the app, and get more downloads - the easiest way I can think of to do this is to issue an update. However, the updates were all done on Buzztouch, so can I send Apple basically the same file I sent before as an update?
