Maybe see the video in your control panel titled: iOS Base SDK Missing. It's a matter of adjusting the build settings to use the latest SDK on your machine.

Control Panel in XCode? Also when I downloaded XCode it didn't give me a choice of where to save it. So where is the actual application of XCode? It's not in the developer folder nor is there a program called XCode just the extentions.
