In your downloaded project have a look in the Frameworks folder. This is in Xcode. Expand that folder and look at the frameworks used in the project. These are built-in iOS frameworks that come with the iOS SDK you have intalled on your machine. The idea is that the compiler references these frameworks when you click BUILD. So... maybe you don't have a few frameworks that are needed? Try command/click the frameworks folder to 'add exisitng frameworks' When the window opens, choose UIKit and Foundation frameworks and add the to your project. Does it make the errors go away?
