The FAQ's say: Will my app require an internet connection? Not always, but usually. There are some features that require an internet connection but your app will launch and be available in a limited capacity outside of WiFi or 3G network coverage. I want to create an app that has lots of PDF files in it. Will the user of the app have to download each PDF? Are PDF's stored in the app? Which features don't require an Internet connection? See your control panel for info about getting on the list b) Create a new v1.5 app c) Drag you PDF's files in the Xcode project in the BT_Docs folder. You'll see this when you download your v1.5 project d) Whala...PDF's available offline.
